Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tampa-USF-Busch Gardens, an IHG Hotel

Beds were comfortable. Linings were clean. Floor could have used an extra go over with the vacuum but other than that the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had more than we expected. Enjoyed the shuttle service to the theme parks. Saved $32 utilizing this service. All staff members we came across were friendly and knowledgeable. And a HUGE security plus for locking the lobby doors after sunset. We felt safe staying here. We slept peacefully as well.

The furniture was awesome! So much creative storage and lighting options and beds were very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the park was great, Charles the driver was very kind and helpful. I can’t say enough about the lady at the front desk, i unfortunately don’t recall her name, but I left something in the room when we checked out. I called the hotel and she immediately went to the room and retrieved the items while on the phone with me. This meant the world to me as the items were irreplaceable. Thanks to all the staff to making our stay so enjoyable.

Good location to Busch Gardens

The check-in was great and efficient, the employee who processed us was so kind and warm. She really made us feel welcomed and at ease. She gave us great information about our stay and access to a shuttle. This shuttle ended up being an incredible value add and made our stay so much better.
